At FOOTCRAFTER, we are dedicated to crafting custom insoles tailored specifically to your feet. Because of the personalized nature of our products, our policies differ from standard retail stores. Please review our guidelines below before completing your purchase.

Order Cancellations

Can I cancel my order? No, orders cannot be canceled once you’ve checked out. Because each pair of FOOTCRAFTER insoles is custom-made to your feet, we are unable to stop or reverse production after purchase.

Returns & Refunds

Are custom orthotics refundable? Unfortunately, no—FOOTCRAFTER custom insoles are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable. Because each pair is made specifically for your unique foot shape, they cannot be resold or reassigned to another individual. We highly recommend reviewing your order details and sizing choices carefully before checkout.

Sale Items & Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns or issue refunds on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: Because our products are custom-made to your unique feet, we do not offer standard exchanges.

Damages and Issues

We want to ensure your custom orthotics arrive exactly as intended. Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at cs@footcrafter.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If a replacement for a defective or damaged item is approved, we will provide instructions and a return shipping label if the original item needs to be sent back to us for inspection. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/inspection will not be accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Please note that under European Union consumer regulations, the right of withdrawal and the 14-day cooling-off period do not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. Because FOOTCRAFTER insoles are custom-made to your unique foot shape, all sales to the European Union are final and exempt from the 14-day cancellation or return right.
