Every pair of FOOTCRAFTER has a unique identification code on it (e.g. FC#1000-(1/2)). To order a duplicate set:

  1. Find Your Code: Look for the FC# on your current orthotics, or find it in your [Order History] for reference.
  2. Send an Email: Message us at cs@footcrafter.com with your code and let us know you’d like a second pair.
  3. Pay & Relax: We will email you a custom invoice with your 20% discount applied. Once paid, we’ll begin crafting your identical pair immediately.
