1) Register a new account with footcrafter.com
2) On your mobile, download the ARRCH app and scan your feet.
3) Go back to footcrafter.com, select your profile & finish your order.
Create a FOOTCRAFTER account with your email address. We will email login details to you.
In the same email, find your download link for the ARRCH companion scanning app.
If you do not see the email, please check your spam or junk folder and remember to mark it as Not Spam to ensure you receive future messages.

Download the ARRCH mobile app to your device to take your 3D foot scan. ARRCH supports most modern Android and Apple devices.

With your ARRCH app, you can create and save 3D scans (profiles) for your family - up to 7 profiles.
Your ARRCH profiles automatically link to your FOOTCRAFTER account... super convenient!
The ARRCH app provides on-screen instructions and demo videos to guide you through scanning. Key tips:
- Flash should be automatic. If not, turn it on, even in well-lit rooms.
- Avoid reflective surfaces (e.g. mirrors).
- Keep the background clear of movement.
- During scanning, move steadily and smoothly
- Keep your camera lens clean.
Make sure the whole foot is clearly visible in the scan. The app includes examples of acceptable scans. (Poor-quality scans will cause delays in processing your order.)

- Your ARRCH scan/profiles automatically linked to your FOOTCRAFTER account.
- Refresh browser to update profile info.
- Select your preferred model and color.
- Choose the ARRCH profile (scans) that you want to use for this order.
Add your items to the cart, complete the checkout process, and youβll receive a confirmation email after payment.
If your profile doesnβt appear on the site, try refreshing your browser.
From ordering to delivery, the process typically takes 10-12 working days. Once your item ships, youβll receive an email with a tracking number to keep you updated on the shipment.
If your scan isnβt usable, weβll notify you by email so you can try again. If rescans still donβt work, we recommend visiting one of our offices, and weβll be happy to assist you.
