Thank you for choosing FOOTCRAFTER. Because each pair of our orthotic insoles is custom-made to your unique foot shape using a careful, medical-grade process, our production and shipping timelines reflect this specialized craftsmanship.
1. Shipping Destinations
Current Service Area: We currently only ship locally within Hong Kong.
International Orders: We do not accept international orders or ship outside of Hong Kong at this time.
Upcoming Regions: We are actively expanding! Delivery to Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand will be available very soon.
Using Forwarding Services: If you choose to use a third-party freight forwarding service to ship your order internationally, you do so at your own discretion. FOOTCRAFTER is only responsible for the safe delivery of the package to the designated Hong Kong address provided at checkout.
2. Shipping Rates & Costs
Standard Delivery: Free. Standard shipping within Hong Kong is fully included in the price of your FOOTCRAFTER insoles. There are no hidden delivery fees at checkout.
3. Processing & Delivery Timelines
Production & Delivery Time: Expect your custom insoles to arrive within 10–12 working days. This timeline begins once your order is purchased, your 3D scan is completed, and the order is approved for production.
Express / Rush Shipping: We do not offer expedited or rush shipping. Because our insoles undergo a meticulous custom fabrication process to ensure medical-grade quality, rushing production or delivery is not advised.
4. Couriers & Tracking
We partner with reliable local couriers to ensure your order arrives safely:
Our Couriers: Orders are dispatched via SF Express or Hong Kong Post, depending on location and availability.
Tracking Your Order: Once your custom insoles have been manufactured and handed over to the courier, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details so you can monitor your delivery status.
5. Delivery Issues & Address Corrections
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. Because our production process begins quickly, we cannot guarantee address changes can be made after checkout.
If you experience any issues with your delivery or your tracking information shows as delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us immediately at cs@footcrafter.com.
