If there is a conflict between our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy controls with respect to the collection, processing, and disclosure of your personal information.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using and accessing any of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy and understand the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described herein.

5. Relationship with Shopify
Our storefront is hosted by Shopify. Shopify collects and processes your personal information to optimize the e-commerce platform. In some instances, Shopify acts as an independent data controller for enhanced features. 6. Children's Data
The Services are not intended for unassisted use by children. If you use the ARRCH app to scan the feet of a minor dependent, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of that child and explicitly consent to the processing of their biometric data for the purpose of creating the custom product. If a child has provided us data without consent, please contact us immediately for deletion.
7. Security and Data Retention
No security measures are completely impenetrable. We recommend using secure networks when accessing the app and website.
How long we retain your data depends on operational and legal requirements. Biometric data and 3D scans are securely stored only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected (manufacturing your unique product, verifying quality control, or handling potential defect claims) or to satisfy applicable statutory retention laws.
8. Your International Rights & Choices
Depending on where you live (including Hong Kong, the EU, UK, or forthcoming international expansion zones), you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you.
